Return Policy

I sincerely hope that your experience at Pop Pigments will be nothing less than magical 😍
However, if a product does not meet your expectations, here is the return procedure to follow:

Physical goods

If an item in the store does not meet your expectations, simply return it within 10 working days of receiving your package in a new and unused condition. I will be happy to reimburse you or proceed to exchange it, depending on the situation. Please contact me beforehand so that we can agree on the terms of return. Return fees are the responsibility of the client. Treatment and restock fees may apply.

Exceptions: Special order items, custom printed items, final sale items or personal care items are not refundable or returnable. However, please feel free to contact me if necessary.

Digital goods

Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Make sure you select the exact online courses you want to purchase because there are no refund or exchange possible. The same goes for seamless fabric designs as well as any special orders. If, however, there is a problem with your digital items, custom design images or anything else, simply contact me so that I can assist you as needed.

If you ever lose your access to your courses, contact me, it will be a pleasure to give them back to you, free of charge.

Which items are NOT refundable :

  • Any item or material that is no longer in its new condition (used item)

  • Online courses

  • Custom designs

  • Ready-to-use seamless fabric designs

  • Special orders

  • Final sale items

  • Items sold as is

  • Posters and personalized items

  • Items that are returned damaged
